A product that tells a bit of the history of research and experimentation of
Institut Agricole Régional, since 1996.

and we discovered that

Indigenous Aosta Valley breed cows naturally produce milk with A2A2 Beta-casein, a particular variant of proteins that makes milk highly digestible and more performing during cheese-making.

and that from Fontina DOP whey

an ideal cosmetic product for skin wellness can be born.

What opportunities for companies?

Everything that has been realized to respond to the actions planned by the project plan, which materialized in product and process innovation interventions. The objective is to offer local micro, small and medium enterprises strategic solutions that can strengthen and improve their market presence through more competitive, innovative and sustainable proposals.

Chambre Valdôtaine and local business enhancement projects

MADEINVDA is the section of the chamber website containing profiles of Aosta Valley companies grouped by product category and aimed at promoting the regional economic fabric in Italian and international markets.

The objective of MADEINVDA is to give visibility to local activities, productions and services and favor opportunities for commercial and/or technological contact and cooperation.
